Board Member Nominations

We have 3 Board Members with expiring terms in 2026. if interested in serving on the Board, please submit your request to be nominated board@thegreenerycommunity.com. Your participation is appreciated as we continue to steer the community into the future.

The Greenery Governing Council:

Two positions available

You must be an owner within one of the communities above to serve on the respective Governing Council.

New Management Company

The Greenery Homeowners Association will be transitioning to a new management company, Eclipse Community Management. They will be onboarding during the months of September and October. The effective date of full management control will be November 1, 2026.

Rentals

Rentals, both long and short-term, are prohibited, if you are aware of a rental please inform the Board.
